We get asked all the time how we are able to put on the great shows that we do throughout the year and we do not charge an entrance fee or annual membership fee?

It's SIMPLE, we have great volunteers.  We can always use a few more to help out with ensuring we can still provide some of the best shows around.

Join us this car show season. We have many opportunities for volunteers of all ages.

Several area Car Shows, Father`s Day Car event, Canada Day Car event and of course our very popular Kemptville Cruise Nights every friday evenings.

Volunteers are needed to fill the following positions:

Show greeters, Cleaning and maintenance Ambassadors, Monitors for car parking and exits, Set up and Take down

Show greeters provide a warm welcome to all inbound participants and fans as well as answer any questions they might have. A short training session is held prior to each volunteer shift.

Cleaning and maintenance ambassadors help keep the entire venue sparkling clean. Specific duties include maintaining cleanliness and litter control.

Car parking and exit monitors assist in directing all cars safely to the parking areas and exits from the show.

Set up and Take down before and after the shows including tables, tents, parking areas markings, flags and many other activities.

Safety vests will be supplied free of charge by the Car Club.

Volunteer shifts are typicaly 4 hours for Cruise Nights and 8 hours for Car Shows or as much time as you can spare. Regular breaks are scheduled and water is provided.

Need some volunteer hours to graduate, then this is the place to be. Volunteer around awesome cars, great people and some fantastic tunes.

Car show volunteers must be 14 years of age or older. For secondary school students, volunteer hours are eligible to be counted towards your 40 hours of community service.
