The Highway 43 Car Club 2026 Fall Cruise - Saturday October 17th.  *Please read carefully*

Well it’s that time of year for the very popular Highway 43 Car Club Fall Cruise.

Every year we finish off the season with our Fall Cruise to check out the fall colours and have one last ride before we store our Classic Cars and Trucks away for the season.

You NEED to register for the Fall Cruise by calling our Club VP Joe Segreto at 613-298-0386.

Please do not wait at the last minute to register as we have commitments for food and parking counts at our stops.

The itinerary for this year’s Fall Cruise is as follows.

We will be leaving the Food Basics parking lot at 8:00 am on Saturday October 17th.

Our first stop will be at Hall’s Apple Orchard and Market at 2930 2nd. Concession Rd. in Brockville to do a little shopping and pick up some seasonal treats.

We then head out to one of our Major Sponsors,  Cruising Auto at 250 County Rd 5 in Mallorytown for a Beef on a Bun or Pork on a Bun lunch with all the fixings.
There, we will have time to check out all the cool cars and the many projects that owner Jim Jacques and his team are working on.

Cruisin Auto will also have live entertainment while we enjoy our lunch.

Lunch is free but we are asking for a cash donation or non perishable food items for the Athens Food Bank.

We would like to thank Cruisin Auto for inviting us once again this year and offering a free lunch to all of our members and their guests , it is very much appreciated!

After lunch we head down to the Rockport Sightseeing Cruises at 20 Front St. in beautiful Rockport, Ont. along the picturesque Thousand Islands Parkway.

This concludes our official portion of the Highway 43 Car Club Fall Cruise.

However once in Rockport you will have a few options of activities to choose from.

You are responsible for this portion.

Option 1-  The Rockport Cruise Line’s 1 hour Heart of the Thousand Islands Cruise leaving at 2:00 pm.

You do not need your passport as you are only cruising around Boldt Castle but you do have to RESERVE and PAY for your tickets ahead of time by calling Rockport Cruise Lines at 613-659-3402 or toll free at 1-800-563-8687 or online at www.rockportcruises.com

We highly recommend that you purchase your tickets for the 2:00 pm cruise as soon as you can to reserve your spot on the Cruise ship as they sell out quickly during the fall season.

The Highway 43 Car Club is not responsible for reservations, ticket purchases, refunds or cancellations of any kind so it is very important that if you would like to enjoy the fall colours from the Sightseeing Cruise ship, you need to purchase your tickets directly and as soon as possible.

Option 2- Rockport has souvenir shops, restaurants and great architectural treasures to check out if you wish.

Option 3- The Shorelines Casino Thousand Islands is approx a 15 minute drive west to Gananoque, Ont.

Option 4 - Downtown Gananoque or the Gananoque waterfront have great shopping and picturesque sceneries of the fall colours this time of year.

If you wish to drive back to Kemptville with the Car Club, we will be heading back once the Cruise ship returns from the 1 hour cruise.
